The location was very convenient. I could walk to many shops and restaurants. The buffet breakfast had many choices. The staff are friendly. They helped me with everything.
The housekeeping wasn't good. I found the ladies to be rude. They don't clean thoroughly. They got angry when I asked them to fix their mistakes.

the staff was very friendly i appreciated two complimentary water bottles daily the rooftop pool was nice room cleaning was good they also provided beach towels the staff was very attentive and helpful. the location was convenient super tidy and well maintained the hotel felt new and modern the hotel is close to the beach and bangla road.
the prayers from the nearby mosque were audible early in the morning

the food selection offered enough choices to keep me full the noodle bar was a highlight they provided a variety of options i found them to be satisfying. breakfast was good there was enough to select from i tried different dishes and enjoyed them all

the room was very comfortable and clean i liked the layout and the amenities provided the balcony added a nice touch the shower was spacious and the water pressure was great. everything in the room was well maintained i found the room to be a relaxing space.
